Not only am I thankful to discover the identity of the hymn writer, I was very blessed to find out about the life of Dr. Oswald J. Smith.

Decades ago, the Bible and hymnals (and biographies of the writers) were all that interested me. They still do, of course, but the luxury of time is limited. NOTHING will ever compete with Bible time. BTW, I am a Christian author and intend to reference what Dr Smith's hymn has meant to me in my upcoming book. --Grace and peace!

Just wanted you to know how proud we are of you for continuing your Dad's and Grandfather's ministry. I also want you to know that we have become very happy Great-Grandparents of twin boys. Debbie's Noelle had the boys last October. Robin also has 4 children and two of them are in college. Jesus has been very gracious to us even through our struggles. We miss the "good old days" at Emmanuel but know that the best is yet to come. Please give your Mom and Ann our love. Keep on "keepin' on"
