Origanaly Leeds now live in Scarborough

Joined 36 regt. inDortmund in 1967 originally 60 bty then moved with them to Shoeburyness for amalgamation with 37 Regt. Got attached to 10 BTW for their 1st exercise to BAOR.Tranfered to them permanently on return to to England. Stayed with 10 BTW till I was demoted in August 1976.

Hi was looking at picture on page one of all 36 mess members with officers which I am on standing behind Alan Horsfall Mattew Sleap, and Mick Head are in back row does any one know where it was taken and most importantly WHAT Year I think 36 had disbanded when photo was take it has got me totally confused !!!! hope some on can help.

Transfered to Napier Barracks, Dormund, Germany, I think in the same year.

My father Derek Carville served as the Chief Clerk of 36 Regiment and I have fond memories of shoeburyness.

I wish I had done this earlier as I suspect many of the people I know may have passed away by now. However I would be interested to attend a reunion sometime and see if there is anybody I know
