I received an invoice this morning from a local consultant that looked a bit different from the ones I usually get in my email. The tax identification numbers were written in a strange format, and now I am worried that I might be dealing with someone who isn't fully compliant.

Does anyone have a direct link or a portal where I can learn how to check VAT status Ukraine for a local partner?

I just want to verify their standing before I process the payment through our corporate bank account this afternoon.
