Salmon and Halibut fishing was as good as it could get for the Summer of 2005. Halibut fishing was great right up into August--you could get a halibut every time you put your line to the bottom on some days. The large Chinook were again showing up in good numbers with many between 25-50lbs. Look for a great year again with large runs of Chinook and Coho.
