I am hopping that someone can give me some help in identifying the person that a class ring that I've found belongs to. I found the ring when I was detecting the site of the former football field at the ROOSEVELT MILITARY ACADEMY in Aledo Illinois in mid 2004.
The ring only lists the name of Washington H. S. There is no mention of a town or state anywhere on the ring. It lists the graduation year as being 1965 and the only reference to the rings owner is his initials which appear to be E M. Because of the figure of a helmeted warrior head on top of the large W I would guess that the schools mascot is the TROGENS.
