The Covington Newberry Historical Society is hosting a canoe ride on the Stillwater River on June 19, 2010. Prepaid reservations are required and the cost is just $5 a person. Call Tom or Cathy at 753-1091 to secure your place in the canoe. There will be a 10am ride and a 1pm ride. There will be 50 people in each time slot.
