I am directing my comment to the person or persons who always writes one liner comments in all CAPS. I don't think you are the one who does that...:)

I have only known you for a few years. During that time I have learned to know you well enough to say “I can’t imagine, in my wildest dreams, on or off of the internet, you yelling”. The Brad I know would apologize just in case.
I don’t want to downplay the importance of the comments made by anonymous though. I know some people type anything in capitals because that’s the way they do it. There is an email “netiquette” and people should understand it and follow it when at all possible. Newcomers to the internet “WELCOME”! Please spend some time looking at the messages you receive and send. The typed word is even more difficult to interpret than the spoken word. Feelings are easily hurt. When in doubt, use the telephone.
