no no no no no no no! though the albanian government is one of the most challenged in europe at the moment, it is far better than how it was during the communist regime. the pure proof of that is that people still live in albania and i, personally, visit every summer. if it was like before, no one would want to even step in. lol, just offering my humble opinion
