Fished Bluestone at the Back of a Cove from shore. Near a few laydowns with a minnow under a bobber about 4 ft down in about 6-8 foot of water. Also ran a Nightcrawler laying on the bottom on another pole.
Results;
5 Cats on the crawler.
15 Bass on the minnow all about 12 inches.
Caught several more Crappie and WhitePerch all small.

It was a fantastic Day, Had a Great time fishing with my 8 yr old son who caught the only fish we kept, a 2-lb cat and he caught the fishing bug.

If you ever forget what fishing is all about take a kid they'll remind ya.
