Though I cannot tell you where we were fishing (the spots were not mine), I can tell you what we used.
On Friday, the 11th, the wind really helped: crankbaits were the key.
On Saturday, the 12th, there wasn't any wind, and that didn't help: spinner baits the last 45 minutes of the tournament put fish in the boat.
On Sunday, the 13th, there was some wind and we caught our fish on spinner baits (first two hours of the morning), except for one fish which weighed five pounds (we caught it off a visable brush pile in 6' of water).
We took second in the club tournament that we fished.
