I was wondering if I could during March and April, catch any smallmouth from around Hwy. 360 and back towards the lake? Anyone fish this area for smallies? If not, are smallies further up the Roanoke River?? If so how far up do I need to go and where can I put in, catch smallies, & float back to Staunton View? ANy help would be appreciated here guys.
