Are they ever going to put the lights at the old bridge like they say they were?

heck are they done with the lights at the new bridge yet?

ive been, hearing about those lights for over a year, and still they havent done it

I spoke with the owner of the co that is supposed to be installing the green lights on the bridge at a fishing expo down in Georgia earlier in the year. He said the reason it is taking so long is the permits b/c the lights are green which is also a navigational color and the ACOE did not want to approve the permit.I believe they are persuing other legal options to try and get the permit approved.
