Dept.of Game and Inland fisheries website,go to boating link and look for Fuels Tax Refund.This will give you a link to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles,where you may obtain the proper forms.Just thought you may want to get some of your money back,should be like $17.50 per 100 gallons.
