Went fishing the river around the park sat and sunday night. Only caught 1 small one. Anyone know the deal on the cats and their location?

this time of the year they are everywhere in the lake
not to much in the rivers. what kind of bait were you using.?

All those fish are getting taken out up here in Danville. I think we are starting to see the effects of the fish lost at Union Street a few years ago.....

Caught 3 blues, 2 channels, and a big turtle up the Staunton Sunday Evening on cut shad. Biggest Blue was ~20#.

Good fishing

Went down this past Sat. and fished from 3 pm til 4 am Sun. morning and caught 44 cats on wigglers up in the dan.

J.C I would have to agree with you about union street bridge I fished there too and could not believe all the flatheads people were keeping.take a camera and enjoy also I would not have drug those fish across that river it was all I could do some days to get across myself..They are starting to pick up pretty good in the stauton above brookneal finally good luck and GOD bless
