Fished in main channel near Satterwhite Pt last night (6-8) casting a bucktail. Caught 3 bass that weighed between 2 and 5 lbs. No Stripers. Have the stripers starting schooling yet?
I'm hearing they are starting to, but I haven't found them yet. Been hitting the points out around Satterwhite also for that last several mornings and evenings, and just catching bass like you. I saw 3 or 4 boats last night, they looked to be catching white base or perch (still have a hard time telling the difference) but no stripers. There have been a lot of guys cruising around and not setting up, so I'm assuming they didn't see anything either. I will let you know if I see anything, and would appreciate the same.
