Thanks for the memories! My Dad and I are long-time Buggs Island fishermen...40+ years and last Sunday,4/12/05 was a day that will live in our minds forever... We put in at Nutbush at 9:00am and anchored in our secret spot about 9:30... We never moved the boat after that and we fished for 8 hours... Caught at least 40 bass between 2 and 6 lbs. The action was non-stop... If we were in a tournament we would have both had 25+lb. 5 fish limits... We never fish in tournaments however though... never have, never will... Kept 2 fish,(about 2lbs. apiece), for supper... all others released... Carolina rig, 10in. red shad culprit, 15ft. of water...
