I have a very important three day tournament at kerr this upcoming weekend. i was wondering how i need to fish. what do i need to fish with and what colors do i need to use. i will be at the state park and i would like to know where i could find some fish to catch and help me in the tournament. i will be willing to share my information about santee and wateree lakes and any rivers in the pee dee area. thanks for any information it will be greatly appreciated.

The fish are heading deep but try top water early on points and pull out deep with car. rig and a tenn.shad crankbait has the day goes on. We done well today fished around the clarksville bridge pilings and some road beds in the area.Beleive it or not we caught some fish sat. in the bushes 1ft of water but they were 12 to 14 inch fish.
