No not in Kerr, but Virginia Beach. Just thought I'd share a little info as I have taken my share of crappie from your neck of the woods. Big flounder in the inlets- small boats and jigs. Nothing more needed. Just like crappie fishing- chartreuse jig and let it sink. Rudee inlet is as easy as it gets- free ramp, small water. Give it a try when the crappie slow down.
