We are coming to Kerr the week of 6-20. This is the 3rd year for us. What pound test should I use to try to catch an occasional 20+ cat? Also, what pound do the striper fishermen use? Being from Ohio, we mostly fish for steelhead, smallmouth and walleye. What kind of net do you throw to catch shad? I might be interested in hiring someone for a morning to take me striper fishing, as we have no experience with them.
