24 Hr. Access - County Line OR Kimball Point?

Can someone tell me which one has 24 hour access to a ramp, and which one has a dock?

County Line has 24 hr. access and it has a dock. Kimball Pt. has docks going in but will soon charge a ramp fee. County Line will remain free.
