Can anyone provide some likely spots to catch good crappie on Holt Lake near Butner?? Reply quick, going there Sat. Morning!

I saw some oak laps in the water on the right about 200 yds. past the island and behind the scout camp that looked like a prime spot but I got nada with minnows, worms, and jigs when I fished it about this time last year. Maybe you'll have better luck, worst case the bream and shellcrackers should be bedding and easy targets.
