Do something different than your boater. If you can fish finess baits behind him/her that will be your best bet. Watch where they throw and throw to places they may have missed.

Try and have something opposite of what your teammate is throwing so when he misses a good hit you can throw behind it,by using two different baits you can cover more water and have shot at more bass,you and teammate should have several rods with different baits and colors and work together.
