campgrounds

I was wondering if anybody could help me find a campground at the lake that has water and electricity. We normally stay at Americamps but would like to try Buggs for a change.

Re: campgrounds

I stay at Rudds Creek. It has water and electric on a lot of the sites and is very well kept. You need to reserve early to get a site on the water with power and water. A lot of RV folks use this campground.
Here are links to the appropriate web pages.

Re: campgrounds

I have stayed at Longwood Park numerous times and it is good for fishing also.

Re: campgrounds

There is also North Bend, right at the ****. Just a few miles across the **** you have Kimball Point and a little further down you have County Line. All have great waterfront water and electric sites. Kimball and County Line are pretty easy to get sites (first come first serve). To reserve, you have to reserve for week at a time and if you come in on a Thursday, you can usually find a decent site.

North Bend on the other hand stays booked up and can be very difficult to find a site on a weekend if you didn't reserve far in advance. You don't have to do a week at a time for Northbend or Rudds.
