Hey Pal, My wife wants to go try the big catfish somewhere besides our dock. I have never fished for them here and I need a little help. I read the post about fishing out from the dam. It is not far from Flemmingtown where we live by water. Is this a good spot or do you know of another place to try. I have a trailer for the toon so I can go anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. most of my catfisin is from buffalo to clarksville when they get on the 'humps' an i can catch'em trollin a 3 way rig with a divin plug an a roostertail. started catchin whitebass, then whiteperch like this an then started catchin blue cats. this happens bout the end of may when the water starts gettin hot. i've caught some cats in the area ya speakin of but it was incidental to striper fishin. sorry i can't be of more help.
