LARGEMOUTH BASS

HELLO EVERYONE. BEEN READING YOUR POSTS AND IT LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE'S BEEN DOING ALRIGHT ON THE WATER. I COME TO KERR LAKE JUST ONCE A YEAR, AND MY WIFE AND I ARE COMING DOWN ON MOTHERS DAY, AND WE STAY AT SATTERWHITE POINT. I ONLY HAVE A 40 HORSE JET BOAT,
AND WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD GIVE ME ANY TIPS ON CATCHING SOME LARGEMOUTH CLOSE TO THAT LOCATION.
I LIKE TO USE ALL ARTIFICIAL BAITS.
LAST YEAR WE CAME DOWN, AND WITH YOUR ADVICE WE DID REALLY GOOD. WE DRIVE ABOUT 6 HOURS TO GET THERE, BUT WE SURE LOVE THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. THANKS AGAIN GUYS, HOPE ALL IS WELL.
P.S.
WE DO ALL CATCH AND RELEASE BY THE WAY

Re: LARGEMOUTH BASS

the times that i have fished there the best baits to use early in the season are super flukes in the white and shad rigged weightless on 10 to 12lb. test line. another good one to use is carolina rigged lizards especially in the bigger 12 inch size.
