Does anyone have a radio that they can recommend? I just had one bite the dust after 25 years. Place to purcase would be great as well.

Just bought A Cobra MRF80B, And it is A great unit. I bought mine at Triad Maring in Greensboro, NC for $139.00. It has DCS features as well as A destress button sending your exact location (when hooked to your GPS). It also has one of the loudest volumes I have ever heard, Which is great while running across the lake. Wiring is simple, And I would have to rate it A 9 out of 10. I just purchased a Uniden Oceanus a couple of months ago and I am pleased with it. You don't get a free antenna with it like the Cobra but there is no comparison is what I hear. Hope this helps.
