I'm looking to buy a new 580 Sonar/gps combo by hummingbird does anyone know anytnhing about this model.I hear that gps is the way to go but never tried one before.Please if anyone could help me with this it would mean alot.

It has all the tech info and descriptions with lots of photos(134 pages...pdf format). Good info. I am not familiar with the unit, but after reading the data, it looks like a great unit. Good luck.
