If I posted something for you woman to cry or disagree about you girls would be burning this post up.But when you ask for some help ya'll girls get lockjaw.I can come up fiday and spend a couple hrs. and find shad on my own,just tring to save me some time to go fishing.Don't let buggsman say something stupid,ya'll will stay up all night on this site.

I have not been fishing much the past couple of months, I do remember last year at this time there were large schools of stripers at the mouth of Grassy creek, maybe with the cooler water temps they could be closer to Ivy Hill or maybe the other direction toward the bridges. I
normally have good luck getting Shad off the nutbush bridge just before daylight, or sometimes in Sandy creek. Sorry I cant give you more exact location of stripers. For Catfish try Mouth of Bluestone down to rivers. Good luck

I didn't try to catch any, but shad was flipping all around Occoneechee boat ramp yesterday afternoon.
