does anyone have any details on the showdown?what time is warren starting the sign ups?is it still on?

The Catfish Showdown is still on. Registration
will begin at around 1:30 - All boat captains
are required to attend the captains meeting
at 4:30 PM EST. The 2007 Tournament hours are
5:00 PM EST - 12:00 AM EST. The weigh-in scales
will open from 8:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight.

Location: Staunton View Boat Ramp

Date: Saturday - April 21, 2007

does anyone know if you are required to launch at stanton view or if you can put in elswhere and boat to the stanton view for registration and start of tourney. planning on fishing after tourney and would like to have truck a little closer to home when i decide to leave.

A lot of boat captains come from all over
the lake to fish the tournament. As long
as you register and at the captains meeting
at 4:30 PM, you'll be OK. You are not required
to launch from Staunton, simply get to the
boat ramp, register and launch. Chris has also
told me that the new look for the 2007 website
should be finished by tomorrow with the dates
for each tournament.
