Costs will be for the following - 4 x staff, (2 x bar, 2 x GD) £240.00 approx, buffet £7.00 per head, £5.00 buffet, £2.00 wages.
Accommodation - Self funded (Can assist with locating local hotels).

Assistance required from local members, ie Jimmy McIliver etc.

This is to be a low budget event and to be an enjoyable event with minimum fuss and hassle. Newcastle is a great place to visit and enjoy.

A small sum (£1.00 - 2.00 per head) this will go to the RA Charitable fund? as well as an article in the Gunner magazine?
