ok here goes with the first newsletter.
We will meet initially on the evening of 28th may 2010 at the lindum squash club for informal drinks with the advantage of moving onto town if required.
Accomodation can be found at www.stayinlincoln.co.uk and we will be in the bailgate area which is not the cheapest, for value for money the holiday express inn represents excellent value, just let them know why your coming and get a weekend dicount, rember it is a bank holiday so be quick.
On the saturdyday 29th may there will be free entries to some of the museums and hopefully the castle.
for the more active we will be block booking the squash courts in the afternoon for a fun run around let me know numbers please.
the evening do will be at the Lawn in the bailgate and will consist of a disco/karaoke at least 2 tables for the fun casino evening, the food will be a running breakfast so on all night, and a raffle may be organised.
sunday we will give a venue for a goodbye, breakfast etc although why not stay over till monday and enjoy the hospitality of us yellow bellies.

I have just booked a double room at the holiday Inn Express in Lincoln. They were not aware of any special rates for the club but the Friday night was £50 and the Saturday night was £65 this they said was instead of the normal bank holiday rate of £85. You have to pay now to take advantage of this offer
