You guys are probably in Corpus with the rest of the Kansas City Dirty Dogs this

week so maybe this will end up too late for use. As you know we have a used

diesel ambulance we bought last year to pull our trailer & to store gear. It's

working out great and thought others might be interested. The City of Pleasant

Valley has a l99l Diesel Ambulance, box type, with only 38,000 miles on it for

sale. They are taking sealed bids starting at $5,000.00. I called the fire

department yesterday and they had NO BIDS YET. I stopped yesterday and looked

at it. The body is in perfect condition, in fact it looks brand new. Am going

to look at the inside today. If anyone is interested in bidding they should

send a sealed bid to the City of Pleasant Valley City Hall, 6500 Royal St.,

Pleasant Valley, Mo. 64068. Write somewhere on the envelope "Bid for

Ambulance". To get more info on it call the fire dept at 816-792-0200. This

might be the best buy out there for a tow vehicle & gea!

ours & we love ours! The fire dept didn't say when the bidding would close,

they hadn't determined a date yet.
