Effie Ann Gulley, 83, of Stigler, OK was born 16 May 1902 in Crawford County, AR, and died
Friday, 22 July 1983 in Haskell County Hospital, Stigler. Funeral services were held in Stigler
First Baptist Church. Burial was in Stigler Cemetery was under the direction of Mallory Funeral
Home, Stigler. She was a Sunday School teacher and retired owner and operator of Stigler
Bakery. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Bamma Jones of Muskogee, OK; three sons,
John Gulley of Stigler, William A. Gulley of Oklahoma City and Harvey G. Gulley of Oklahoma
City; 2 sisters, Mrs Maggie Russell of Stigler, Mrs. Polly Browning of Garden Grove, GA; one
brother, Timothy Gowins of Stigler; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
