Re: Hebrews 7: Law produces infirmity, eventually the worst sort: death.

Grace unto you, and peace,
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Latest survey says '1/3' of Americans ('nearly 100 million' of nearly 300 million) now have high blood pressure. Besides being dubbed 'hypertension' it's also called the 'silent killer' since it usually has no symptons at all till it becomes life-threatening. Hypertension increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure, especially in those over age 35, more predominant in males till age 55, then more predominant in females.

Another interesting statistic is about 1/3 (32%) of Americans have 'preplanned' funerals. They preplan to die from infirmities, pay the under-taker in advance.

What would Jesus say, but: O America, America; just as he said "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem" (to allegorically denote they were being doubleminded by adding "law worketh wrath" to "grace is sufficient". In the same allegoric manner he said "Saul, Saul" to Saul of Tarsus who became Paul, relates such conversion from law to grace was as child becoming a man (1Cor 13:11) by putting away childish things like laws: sin imputation, condemnation, infirmities, and death.

In the same manner JC said "Simon, Simon" to Peter whom he called "Satan" (as if a child of hell), telling him to get behind him (since law is as dung), and that satanic law wanted to sift, tempt him, for law is the schoolmaster which fails every student.

But God neither tempts anyone nor can be tempted by anyone; so people hounding God with praying amiss, as if he were some unjust judge who could be hounded to change his mind, are wasting their time. No amount of lying, crying, or dying will ever change His Grace, Who will not have law, not then, not now, not ever; for his will: "I will have mercy, and not sacrifice" is the same in both Old & New Testaments, never changes, is immutable.

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
