Cities, Provinces(States), and Nations are all considering a smoking ban, spawned by so "many" evangelical types (many deceived by many) who still think the strength of sin is smoking, and still say 'dah' things like smoking kills, etc... DAH:

When the true-th of false/true spirits in the Holy Bible (isn't a Holy Holy Bible) is the strength of sin is the law (1Cor 15:56) and law kills (2Cor 3; Heb 7:23; Heb 11: 13,39), and such law law to death being from a Holy "Ghost" (dead thing behind you), not from a Holy "Spirit" (who's an ever open door up front of you), when dare-ing to compare the twain:

Hint: God [is] a Spirit (converse: God not a Ghost). Hint: the "living" God of the "living" cannot lie, nor die either (allegory: Grace cannot law). Evidently, from the evidence, mention of a "living" God suggests there is also a "dead" God, and both are claiming to be an "I am" (I exist), but in reality one is the "I am", the other wise of two wisdoms (one being from above, other being devil-ish and earthy) being an "am I", mirrorly the reverse in such things are an "allegory" with a question: to be or not to be, and a more-all: grace is sufficient.

So, instead of banning smoking, what we ought to be banning is the blowin smoke y(our) ass, from a Holy Ghost witch was the real merciless killer: all who died under Moses' law died without mercy. In comparison and contrast, God y(our) Father is merciful (Lk 6:36) which is perfect (Mt 5:4 love.

Such perfect love(God) is not blind, sees good x 6 and very good 7th time, even in the beginning (Gen 1); Never sees both good + evil, nor clean + unclean, no, not even the story of Noah's Ark:

Smoking kills? Not! Smoking no more kills than a gun kills. I ain't never yet seen a gun jump up and kill by itself, always needs some one to pull the trigger with a pointing finger, and it's pointing at you all.

Scientists (those worth their salt) now say: have your coffee and your smoke, for the caffine and the nicotine helps the memory (to also remember anything in excess is excess, especially lying, crying, dying, especially dying of "old" age in the "new" age, especially the "third day" beyond 2000"AD" thereof); And the Bible exhorts (often) to re-member from them to us, for God is one of us, with us, for us, and hath given us the victory through J=>C: the end of the law, which is the end of such lying, crying, and dying (for no amount of such will ever change the unchangeable God, who cannot be hounded like an unjust judge, for he is a just judge, and has but one opinion of you all [which begins with you]: approved). Selah.

So, what we all oughta ban, and put an end to, once and for all, is such Horeb-bull.

The strength of sin (the strong man to bind in order to spoil the house of law = sin and death) is the law: 1Corinthians 15:56.

Law is the enmity: Eph 2:15

Law is the root cause of infirmities: Heb 7

Law is a ministration of death: 2Cor 3

Law imputes sin: Rom 5:13

Law worketh wrath: Rom 4:15

Law brings forth sin and then death: 1Cor 15; James 1

Law is accuser of the brethren: Mt 5:45

Law is a ministration of condemnation: 2Cor 3

Law is against us: Col 2

Law is faulty: Heb 8; imperfect: Heb 10

Law (when pure) is merciless: Heb 10:28

The God of "all grace" has no law: 1Pet 5:10

God did not send His Son to condemn(law): Jn 3

To wit: "that God" (of this/that Gods) was in "Christ" (of Jesus=>Christ) reconciling the world (not some only) unto himself (the God of all grace), not imputing their trespasses (not imputing sin via law) unto them (no, not even unto "them": see Gen 5), and hath committed unto "us" (of them/us) the word (grace) of reconciliation (the globe-all sort of revive-all)... 2Corinthians 5:19.

With all thy getting, get understanding (the sort of understanding which when embraced results in thy head being crowned with "grace" glory): Solomon (Prov 4).

Smoking no more kills anyone than a gun kills anyone. But law, witch imputes sin to all, kills everyone.

Hence the Holy Bible containing Old & New Testaments has no mention of law at all in the end where his angel plays the last trump it:

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen (to that only is what you all one thing: Holy).
