Evidence does not lie, unless it is false evidence. Evidence does not even take sides. The true biblical and historical purpose of evidence is to make "evident".
Paul the Apostle gives lots of biblical evidence, and also concludes what is evident from such evidence in Galatians (to the bewitched churches): "that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident".
We find all sorts of evidence if we dare to compare to be aware. For example there is ample evidence "this gospel" (of this/that gospels) has now gone global, and it did not produce global or lasting peace. So, as the Bible says, "wheresoever this gospel is preached throughout the world, also that shall be told". However, let us all remember revelation (uncovering, revealing, disclosure) is not for palying the blame game which inducts all into the hALL of shame; but rather only for truth out, to know, to be aware, so as not to get duped, suckered, deceived, tempted, victimized, fleeced, etc.
Understanding is what to get from daring to look at all the evidence to see what's evident: "with all thy getting, get understanding" (Solomon: Prov 4). Learning is also the purpose of things written aforetime: Romans 15:4. So, let us look at the evidence in the greater light which rules the day and learn, get understanding, not play the blame game of those who impute sin for the "hell" of it, unaware law imputes sin & death to all, not some only; for "there is no respect of persons with God" and "a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump".
Let us rather learn, understand, Revelation does not end badly for anyone, because his angel plays the last trump it (which has no mention of law at all):
Wheresoever "this gospel" is preached throughout the whole world, "also that" shall be told. Why? For a comparison of all this/that, "that God" being light having no darkness at all, "that JC is come", that light, that prophet, that God, that Spirit, etc... to know which is witch of twain allegorical things such as law/grace, false/true, old/new, before/after.
Now the Lord is "that Spirit", and where the Spirit of the Lord there [is] liberty. Liberty is evidently associated with "that Spirit" of two spirits:
