of 10 NT mentions of "highest",
notably says, in Luke 20:46,47 KJV:
"Beware of the scribes,
which desire to walk in long robes,
and love greetings in the markets,
and the highest seats in the synagogues,
and the chief rooms at feasts;
Which devour widows' houses,
and for a shew make long prayers:
the same shall receive greater damnation".

So this "highest" ends with "greater damnation";
And such "highest" places have plural "seats".

Being the last, such is AsIf from the Last Adam;

So perhaps there are two kinds of highest,
is perhaps why two mentions of "Hosanna",
in the first NT mention of the "highest",
by 2 "multitudes" mentioned in Matthew 21:9 KJV:

Hosanna to the Son of David:
Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord;
