Re: I think I missed my post..

HereticAdam,

Grace (not law) unto you, and peace (not confusion),
from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus --> Christ.

1 - Sun: first of the week
2 - Mon
3 - Tues
4 - Wed: midst
5 - Thur
6 - Fri
7 - Sat: last of the week
8 - Sun: first of the week, again

It's always about law -or- grace,
no matter how it gets allegorized. Eg:
As there are 2 of everything to sort out,
even two kinds of "the eighth" in the NT:
- 'oktaemeros': "the eighth" (Phil 3:5)
- 'ogdoos': "the eighth" (Acts 7:8; 2Pet 2:5; Rev 17:11)

Notice the beast which was, and is not (aka the law),
is the eighth, and is of the seven, when it's ogdoos.

Hence two kinds of circumcised "the eighth":
- by grace: without hands
- by law: with hands

Try to remember it's an allegoric "mystery", and
"escape" (of wrath) is by "give more earnest heed";
And the only other option is "not escape", by law.

So also two kinds of wisdom in James 3:15 & 17:
- first pure wisdom from above: grace unto you.
- the other wise: earthy, sensual, devilish: law.

I hope that helped

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.

Re: I think I missed my post..

Thanks again Daniel,

"oktaemeros" This is what I am looking for and very much helped alot.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Re: I think I missed my post..

Finally! The bEast! That helped too.

Re: I think I missed my post..

Grace, and Mercy, and Peace unto you,
from God, our Father, and our Lord JC.

Indeed, bEast1 and bEast2, since
- eastward "in" Eden: Genesis 2:8
also differs from
- east "of" Eden: Genesis 4:16

- "eastward in Eden" is where the LORD God (LAWED Grace) planted a garden, and put the formed man, who isn't yet the re-formed man
- "east of Eden" is where Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod (wandering)

Lots of details, and rabbit holes, in allegoric mystery;
And escape is via "give more earnest heed" to what's said,
such as the allegoric script-u-are in Galatians 4 saith to
"cast out the bondwoman and her son", perhaps meaning
cast out the law and result of the law: sin and death.
For if only cast out law1 of Mt 22:35-40's law1 law2,
law 2 can bring you of ye/you into captivity again,
as Paul notes "another law" did to him in Romans 7.
For the second is like the first, is sin and death;
And if snared again, after being delivered from the law,
then it's recover yourself, by study2 of study1/study2.
- study1: Ecclesiastes 12:12 ends bad: weariness of flesh.
- study2: 2Timothy 2:15 ends good: approved unto God

For there's also seven kinds of NT liberty:
- aphesis: temp forgiveness, pardon...Luke-warm
- anesis: loosening, less vigorous confinement
- epitrepo: permit to leave (devils to swine)
- eleutheria: right to live as you please
- eleutheos: not bound by obligation
- exousia: pwr of choice (no choice in pure grace)
- apolyo: set at liberty Acts 26:32... Hebrews 13:23
So Timothy2, who did study2, finally got apolyo;
for if Paul had not appealed to Ceasar (to law),
A-grip-pa said he would have been 'apolyo' free.

The grace of our Lord JC [be] with you all. Amen.
