Fullness of time refers to time's up for f-law.
Only f-law has expiry date, expired in Lk 16:16.

Law is spiritual, but also "spiritual wickedness".
(so wrestle against such, but only in high places)
Law is high, even right on high, but highmindead.

Law is good, but also evil, being both good + evil.

Law is just, but also unjust judge does avenge-ing.

There it clarifies the law & the prophets endead
with the beheading of John the Baptist = Elijah2.
For Elijah was the most vengeful of the prophets,
and John the Baptist spake of wrath(law) to come.
Moses & Elijah spake of decease at transfiguration,
where it's fear-ful to enter such cloud-y law/law.
So beheading John was like deadly wound to Beast1,
which gets healed in Rev 13 by law2 of law1/law2.

Sadly, many world leaders now saying 'rule of law',
as if it's NWO: New World Order, but it's dis-order;
And it's causing stable to be unstable. Eg: Canada,
leader: Harper: is not yet "sharper", still f-lawed.
Sharper is sharper than any two-edged sword: law/law.
For sharp two-edged sword is vengeance + punishment.

Saying 'rule of law' also causing unstable weather;
For "law worketh wrath", and it can get very nasty.
Eg: NZ is having drought, other places having flood.
