Re: How do we..

Joshua,

Holy Kiss Greeting: Grace unto you, and peace,
from God, our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thank you for visiting GodShew, reading, and sharing.
I hear that you're still a bit depressed, bit confused;
But we can turn this around, stop it going downward,
start it going upward, in such an up and down scenario.
I'll get to your speicific question in due course. 1st...

Depression (oppression), if not treated, can get "worse";
But if we treat it, properly, then it will get "better".
Yet what my website is about isn't better of worse/better,
for better mode is not (yet) best nor (yet) true rest; So
once you get better, let's also go on unto what is best.
For in better mode, the peace is temporal, not eternal.
So I don't focus on left/right, but on under/above.
Better mode is right, of left/right, is still division.
Best mode is above, of under/above, is eternal peace.

Depression: Natural Aspect:
As it's law related, and law's both natural & spiritual,
I usually start with the natural aspect of depression first,
to help stabalize natural mind, emotions, with flax seed oil.
So if you haven't yet, get flax seed capsules and take daily.
Flax seed oil is so beneficial everyone should be taking it.
For some reason it helps depression, with no side effects.
If on meds, wean off slow, while taking the flax seed oil.

Depression: Spiritual Aspect:
Spiritually you've already done well to see it's all allegory.
But not to say God is allegory, rather God "shew" is allegory.
The shew (plural of show) includes both Old and New Testaments,
but clarifies we put off the Old to put on the New, of Old/New.
It's kinda like put off bwd BC to put on fwd AD of such BC/AD.
For such plural and "contrary" things should not be "mingled".
So Christ put off the Old, and refused "mingled" drink offered.

Now to your question: How do we enter a God relationship.
Of born/born again, "born again" is to "see" the KofG;
and "enter" is another matter yet than "see", in John 3.
1Peter 1:23 also clarifies this aspect about born again:
born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible.
Such is to allegory say not lawed grace, but pure grace.
So, let's learn about the "see" part, then enter after.
http://www.godshew.org/BornAgain.html

The "see" part, of see/enter, first has to see this:
the plural God: on high isn't God is one: is higher,
so there are two Gods to have a relationship with.
http://www.godshew.org/TwoGods.htm

God is one: relationship is via Christ = higher.
Plural God: relationship is via Jesus = on high.
For Jesus = division, not peace; Christ = our peace.
So if you have confusion, not peace, that is the why.
You're still in plural God mode, still in Jesus mode.

A cloudy two Sons Jesus is not the sunny one Son Christ;
in a manner plural scriptures are not the script-u-are.
http://www.godshew.org/JesusVSChrist.html

God is not [the author] of confusion, but of peace;
Peace with God is through Jesus-->Christ, in Christ;
And a relationship with higher God is only in Christ.
So, 2Cor 5:19 says, clarifies, about reconciliation:
To wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world.

Such is not only to distinguish this/that Gods, and
also to distinguish in Jesus/in Christ, but also to
distinguish this: personal salvation/global salvation.
To have a relationship with higher God we not only
- put off Old man to put on New man, and
- put off plural God to put on God is one, but also
- put off personal Saviour to put on global Saviour.

Such is as to say it's not just about you, but "you all";
You (of ye/you) and "all" the kingdom of God within "you".
Yet the "you all", noted in the end, does begin with "you".
A new commandment: "love one another, as I have loved you",
ends with you, and the end of the commandment: you: will be:
- charity (perfect love) out of a pure heart, AND
- a good conscience, AND
- faith unfeigned: 1Timothy 1:5.

So, there is a lot to "see", prior to "enter"; And also
a lot to let go of, leave, to go on to perfection mode.
If we don't let go of things to leave, we cannot go on.

For example, 1Peter 5:10 has a before/after scenario,
it notes the suffer part is before of such before/after;
And after the God of all grace (no law at all) makes you
(of ye/you) perfected, stablished, strengthened, settled.

The before part of before/after is not (yet) perfected,
kinda like Jesus was not (yet) perfected in Luke 13:32;
But also says he shall be, and so will you be, perfected.
Then you can get on with stablished, strengthened, settled.
Yet there are two kinds of perfected to "see", before that.
http://www.godshew.org/Perfection.html

The importance of see first, before enter, is this:
I cannot decide (law or grace) for you. It's your job.
Grace does not force itself on anyone, it only awares.
Yet you can't even be awared til you are willing to be.
From your sharing, seems you're now ready to be awared.

Meanwhile, if 'frustrated', know it's related to the law;
For law is all vanity and vexation; Confusion, not peace.
http://www.godshew.org/RevelatorySermons24.htm

So the more you let go of the law, the more peace you'll have.
Such even involves letting go of Jesus = division, not peace,
to go on unto the Christ part of through Jesus Christ, as if
going in one side: Jesus, and coming out other side: Christ,
allegorically as if going through a door, way, to higher God.
For the plural God on high does provide better, but not best.

Meanwhile, I will also try to think of better way to explain.
I didn't yet get Spirit insight about your specific question,
so I just shared my own thoughts on it, to ponder, for now.

Lastly, consider this clarity in James 1:5,
does not say ask Daniel, but does say "ask God",
and also clarifies which God, and also how to ask:
- if you lack wisdom, ask God who "upbraideth not",
- and do it "nothing wavering" (not double minded)
For if double minded: grace + law, ya get nothing.

So to access higher God, decide you want "the truth",
and no matter what it entails or what it costs, for
it may cost this: let go of all previous knowledge.
It is usually previous knowledge that hinders us,
knowledge gotten from man, instead of from God.

If more explanation required, pls feel free to email,
via the GodShew web site email: approved@godshew.org

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Re: How do we..

Thank you, Daniel for your insight. I will remember to ask God, and not just Daniel. Yes, I want the truth more than anything. Thank you for helping.

Joshua

Re: How do we..

Joshua,

Grace unto you, and peace,
from God, our Father, and the Lord Jesus --> Christ.

When I was sorely depressed, exhausted from much study,
the kind Eccl 12:12 says ends in weariness of the flesh,
I recalled "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee".
That, from Deuteronomy 4:31, and 31:8, and Hebrews 13:5,
is the one thing which got me 'through' my darkest time.

Like many, I got snared by a law I'd thought was grace,
namely "love thy neighbour", found in Matthew 22:36-40.
It also happened to Apostle Paul, calls it "another law"
in Romans 7, and also "another gospel" in Galatians 1.
It sounds good, but it is law, is "both good and evil".
So along with the good also came "evil concupiscence".
http://www.godshew.org/Concupiscence.htm

Paul notes such made him feel "wretched" (afflicted),
for what he'd thought was unto life, was unto death.

Depression (snare, afflicted) also happened to Timothy.
It took Paul two epistles to get Tim "set at liberty".
Such is allegory noted to the Hebrews in Hebrews 13:23.

For we are all delivered from the law, but only once.
If snared again, then it becomes recover yourself,
via awareness, study, the kind in 2Timothy 2:15.

I know recovery is possible, because I did it;
So I look forward--> to hearing you also did it.
I wish that I could just do it for you, Josh, but
if I did your home-work, then how would you learn.
It's just one of those things that you have to do.
I can, and I will gladly help you with awareness,
but the decision is only yours to make, not mine.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
