The other day had to see my medical doctor.We went over some things and she was really please with the new blood work that we had done a couple weeks ago.Praise the Lord! My chl went down to 205.It was 300 and the fats in my blood went down to..265.Thank you Jesus.My vitiam D was really low and she gave me a script for 1 day for 12 weeks plus lost a few pounds.So this time this visit went really well.In another three months have to go to get more blood work.Plus my sugar is holding to normal.Another answered prayer.Just wanted to share this with you all.Hugs Pam
