Happy Labor Day Weekend Precious

Family of God:

Are you all ready for the weekend?

We are.. Its been a very busy week

for my hubby.. He has been working

nearly 8 hours everyday and thats

alot when you are nearly 72 yrs old.

He is so very thankful for his

job, and he has been working

at this job for 9 yrs now.

He started part time

but since the economy has

gotten so bad the store is

working on a skeleton crew, like most places

these days.. Please pray for him ok, that he

will be ok. i love you all so very much.

Are you doing anything this labor

day weekend? We are just resting and

watching more of the Fed Ex

golf playoffs.. Tiger Woods

is struggling, but he did better

last week.. We all need to pray

for him, to find Jesus.

whom we put our trust! His enduring presence through cultures,
centuries, and countries reminds us that eternity is outside our
grasp but the Eternal One holds us in his.

O Great and Eternal God, thank

you that you are more stable than
the ground on which I stand, more

enduring than the mountain peaks
I admire, and more constant than the waves upon the oceans that I
love. I trust my life and my future and soul with you. I want to
please you in the way I live. I want my life to be marked by
consistent faithfulness to you. In the name of Jesus I ask this
prayer. Amen.
