Would just like to extend my congratulations to Stephen Payne on his appointment as Chief Engineer for the KTM.

In this past while, the KTM has been getting quite a few people in that are willing to work on the buses rather than sit around complaining that nothing is being done.

Granted that this will not change the situaton at the KTM overnight, but the more things that can start to be achieved, hopefully the more people will take notice.

I know its very odd to see a bus eireann bus with working demisters but maybe you should try switch them off and see the outside world...
