The latest on DF 454 is that there is no latest.

There has not been a peep out of Bus Eireann since the court order was served on them. Despite repeated letters and phone calls they have answered nil which in my view is no way for a state body to behave. We pay their wages and they are our servants, although you would not believe it from their attitude.

All they have to do is release the bus, it is no skin off their nose, and they simply seem to have dug their heels in.

Anyhow it comes up at 2 p.m. in Court on Monday and we will keep you informed but it is a sad day for Ireland when our own people destroy our own heritage. The foreigner never conquered the Irish. We always did it ourselves to perfection!
