Commercial Real Estate Account Manager

Are you seeking an exciting career with challenging, rewarding, and daily client interaction? Would you like a position that offers competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses while working at one of North of Boston Business' 25 Best Places to Work?

As a member of our leasing and operations department, you will help develop and manage the company's relationships with existing commercial clients at our two-million square foot Cummings Center campus in Beverly, Massachusetts. You will use your skills to deliver top-notch service through diligent follow-up and attention to detail; draft, negotiate, administer, and renew leases; facilitate tenant improvements; and develop valuable business relationships. You will also focus on prospecting for new business and referral opportunities to close new leasing transactions.

The preferred candidate will possess:
• Undergraduate college degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• At least five years of sales and business experience.
• Experience in problem solving client-related issues.
• A highly professional demeanor, both on the telephone and in person.
• A verifiable history of reviewing, drafting and/or negotiating contracts.
• Extraordinary drive, work ethic, astuteness, enthusiasm, motivation, and persistence.
