Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Cummings has an opening at our beautiful 2 million-square foot campus in Beverly for an experienced HVAC service technician. This is an on-site role, and the clients you’ll service are right here on campus. No more searching for parking or that elusive remotely located equipment. This full-time position (with overtime available) offers competitive pay and benefits, including 401(k), equity ownership plans, safety and attendance bonuses, vacation and sick time, and more.

Job Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in office, retail, and lab space across the Cummings Center campus
• Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, RTU’s with gas/dx cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, control wiring, and variable-frequency drives

Job Qualifications:
• EPA recovery certification
• Ability to work independently
• Minimum of three to five years of experience
• Residency in the greater Beverly area
• An excellent customer service attitude
• Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals
• Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required

** This position DOES NOT require 24-hour on-call.**
