Experienced Grounds Worker

Experienced grounds workers are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:
• Landscaping
• Snow removal
• General planting

Job Qualifications:
• Good driving record
• Residency in the greater Beverly area
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Minimum of three to five years of related experience
• Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
• Class B CDL license and hoisting license are not required, but desirable
