Commercial Real Estate Outside Sales Director/Rainmaker

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic sales professional/rainmaker to join our leasing team in Beverly. This new salaried position with significant bonus opportunities will be responsible for attracting new leasing business to our Beverly properties: Dunham Ridge, our bucolic, pond-side campus with more than 400,000 square feet planned and permitted (adjacent to North Shore Music Theater), and Cummings Center, our extraordinary, 2 million square foot business park on Route 62.

In this position, you will:
• Prospect and network efficiently, identify commercial real estate decision makers, influencers, and brokers on the North Shore.
• Develop strong and long-lasting relationships and use your rapport to create sales opportunities and solidify new business.
• Proactively manage all aspects of the leasing process including prospecting and networking, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Build, cultivate, and effectively manage a robust pipeline.
• Effectively communicate Cummings Properties’ extraordinary value proposition, philosophy, and capabilities during initial client meetings and sales calls.

The ideal candidate will be a rainmaker who possesses:
• A passion for sales, business development, relationship building, and closing transactions.
• The personality, skills and know-how to secure meetings with key real estate decision makers, business owners, and influencers.
• A high level of self-motivation, drive, self-confidence, and follow through.
• A strong work ethic and a high-level of integrity and professionalism.
• A four-year college degree and a minimum of five years’ successful experience in sales. Familiarity with the commercial real estate business is preferred, but not required.
