Having now contacted the VSC (Victory Services Club) i can confirm that we now have a provisional booking of the Trafalgar room (70pax) for the evening of Sat 20 Oct 2012.
In order for me to go ahead with this venue and event i will require a lot of feedback and again a Non refundable deposit (TBC).
The venue and facilities will be:
£30 - reunite package includes: room hire, 2 course buf...fet and 1 glass of beer or
wine per head.
Timings: 1730 - 2300
Accom: Individuals can book accommodation in the VSC as part of the event, costing and booking to be your own responsibility.
Parking: VSC has a 50% discount with the nearset NCP parking facility.
Dress: Smart casual VSC has no dress code.
