I am likely not the Bob Kister you are searching for but I do have some places you might look.
Basic Google searches often yield tons of information. If you have some idea of the city you can also search their phone directory. Try searching for "robert kister, anywhere, nj" for example.
Zabasearch.com is quite useful if you have an idea of what state this person lived in. The free results often need to be sorted through but may give you some clues and often give addresses and phone numbers without paying for their premium search.
Whitepages.com offers a better phone directory than Google and can be used to perform reverse phone number lookups and the like with better success than most online directories.
